There is a lot of competition in the streaming music realm, and customers have become accustomed to free service. Revenue now has to be brought in to keep the company going.
Redesign the Whatevs application, create a functional prototype, and handle all UI/UX aspects. Transition the free application to a subscription-based service.
The Organization has a few interesting mobile features that must be incorporated in the revised version of the B2C app. This app plans on launching Q3 of 2023. The product must include a data consumption mobile application, an API for handling data on the backend. It must have a complete UI overhaul and a new design system.
I designed and helped implement a comprehensive product suite for Whatevs, which included a mobile application, a design system, a data management application for in-house and future business cases, and a complete brand package. Additionally, I co-wrote and developed go-to-market strategies, executive summaries, pitch decks, and narratives for future investors, fulfilling all key objectives. Some solutions to make people migrate to the new platform with out bleeding users is to remove advertisements in the paid version, mobile Streaming only for the paid version, have artists and bands to special releases(content) that are only accessible if you are a paid user.
